On my 3rd Fieldwork Placement on an Acute Mental Health ward.
So far the technology in the ward I have used are:

• Duress alarms
• Intercom

• Access swipe cards
• Computers
• Cattle bug- used for scrapbooking and card making
• Bingo winderupperuh-like a rat wheel to choose the numbers
• Pager
• Personal alarm-for emergencies only
• Cordless telephones
• Automated telepager with Video Conferencing
